Director of Operational Excellence

As a seasoned operational leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement across stakeholders. Your expertise in process optimization and efficiency will ensure alignment of quality initiatives with strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute operational roadmaps to solve business problems/opportunities using Lean, Six Sigma, and technology solutions.
  • Lead digital projects, automation initiatives, and Six Sigma projects in collaboration with cross-functional global leads and client leadership.
  • Provide analytical direction to business analysts throughout the change lifecycle, ensuring alignment and integrity of deliverables.
  • Lead initiatives providing exposure to senior stakeholders – internal and external.
  • Drive continuous improvement, delivery on committed productivity, and productivity improvement in accounts.
  • Champion the implementation and adoption of standard Global Processes.
  • Support and deliver operational excellence, implement best practices, and drive efficiency and standardization.
  • Deploy RPA, Macros, Visualizations dashboards, and Lean Six Sigma projects to mitigate process issues and improve Operational efficiencies.
  • Design, implement, test, and complete all In-Scope CI Projects.
  • Engage and leverage lean six sigma practices and processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Certified Black Belt
  • Experience in driving RPA programs and deploying RPA across platforms.
  • Extensive experience in the F&A domain and should have led transformation across all sub-processes.
  • Experience in driving continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma Methodology.
  • Experience in managing client discussions and driving large transformation programs.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
  • F&A Domain – Process Transformation Professional
  • Client-facing consulting experience
