UI/UX Designer Opportunity

We're seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our fast-growing team.

About the Role

This role involves designing impactful visuals and user-friendly interfaces that resonate with our audience. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of modern design trends and be proficient in Figma.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Design: Create engaging social media posts that align with brand identity and marketing goals.
  • Landing Page Development: Design conversion-optimized landing pages to drive user acquisition and engagement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
  • Design Principles: Ensure all designs follow modern design principles and trends for maximum impact.
  • Design Systems: Develop and maintain scalable design systems using Figma.
  • Visual Design: Apply a strong sense of color theory, typography, and layout design to deliver aesthetic and functional outcomes.
  • Design Iteration: Iterate designs based on feedback to continually improve user experience and performance.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer / Visual Designer / Product Designer or similar role.
  • Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, landing pages, and modern UI/UX designs.
  • Figma Proficiency: Proficiency in Figma is essential.
  • Design Fundamentals: Deep understanding of color usage, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Design Trends: Awareness of modern design trends and ability to adapt them to business needs.
  • Creativity vs Performance: Ability to balance creativity with performance-driven design.
  • Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills are required.
