Lead Visual Creative

The Senior Graphic Designer role is a key position that will spearhead the development of marketing and communications-design projects primarily for print and outdoor media.

This critical job requires an innovative and personable individual who thrives in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality visual assets for various media channels, including print, digital, video, social media, email, outdoor, and interactive media.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team to develop comprehensive communications, brand, and marketing materials/campaigns.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to design creative, professional, and cost-effective visual concepts that support business needs.
  • Maintain branding consistency throughout all design work by ensuring visuals, language, tone, and content align with company standards.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of experience in graphic design & digital design.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Products (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
  • A strong ability to develop industry-leading visual design concepts that meet business objectives.
  • A portfolio showcasing exceptional design work across diverse channels and mediums.
  • A proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
