Job Overview

This is a pivotal role that will shape the strategic direction of our marketing design unit, ensuring world-class creative output, strong client satisfaction, and sustainable business growth.

Main Objectives (First 12 Months)
  • Establish a positive profit margin for design services, balancing quality and profitability.
  • Deliver high-quality marketing assets that meet brand and client standards.
  • Drive client retention by ensuring design excellence and responsiveness.
  • Support upsell opportunities by identifying and pitching design-related enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design services function, setting quality standards and review processes.
  • Oversee and mentor a team of designers, fostering creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with client strategy and account teams to deliver impactful, conversion-focused creative.
  • Implement a rigorous quality control process to ensure all deliverables meet brand requirements.
  • Manage resources, timelines, and workflows to ensure profitable operations.
  • Act as a senior client-facing leader, building trust and positioning design as a strategic value driver.
