About Senior Creative Director Role

This is a senior-level role that involves shaping and executing a compelling brand presence across all Amazon customer touchpoints.

Job Description

The team seeks a visionary and detail-oriented creative director to lead the creative development of fine jewelry products on Amazon. This role involves defining and leading the visual and creative direction of the brand within the Amazon ecosystem by setting the vision for photography and graphic design teams.

This includes product photography, Amazon Storefront design, and A+ content. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a senior creative role, preferably in the luxury category or Amazon.

They should have a deep understanding of Amazon content strategy, including listing images, Storefronts, and A+ content. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills are also essential for this role.

The selected candidate will oversee creative execution for product detail pages, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and Amazon best practices. They will also partner with the Product, Business Analytics, and Strategy teams to ensure accurate, compelling visual representation of all SKUs on product pages.

Performance data analysis and competitive research will be used to continuously optimize visuals and content to improve conversion rate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creative Visionary: Define and lead the visual and creative direction of the brand within the Amazon ecosystem.
  • Art Direction: Direct all photography efforts by developing clear guidelines, detailed shot lists, and briefs that align with the brand aesthetic and effectively showcase craftsmanship, materials, and key selling points.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with graphic design to bring the creative vision to life across all content formats and ensure a cohesive visual narrative.
  • Quality Control: Review and quality-check all content received from photographers and videographers to ensure it meets brand standards, creative direction, and Amazon platform requirements.
  • Project Management: Own the creative workflow, ensuring efficient processes, clear approvals, and on-time delivery while maintaining a high bar for quality and attention to detail.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Senior creative role experience (3+ years) in the luxury category or Amazon.
  • Deep understanding of Amazon content strategy and requirements.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of creative deliverables.
  • Exceptional eye for detail, luxury aesthetics, and product presentation.
Required Skills
