Job Title: Lead Visual Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Visual Designer to lead our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience (UX) and visual design, with the ability to create innovative and engaging designs that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a strong design vision and strategy for the company.
  • Lead a team of designers to ensure consistency and quality in design output.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop design solutions that meet those needs.
  • Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in UX and visual design.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers to help them grow and develop their skills.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer.
  • Strong expertise in Research → Mind Mapping → Information Architecture → Wireframing → High-fidelity UI → Prototyping.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar tools.
  • Strong visual design skills and ability to create creative posters/digital designs.
  • Solid portfolio showcasing both UI/UX projects and creative design work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
  • Graphic design skills for branding and marketing creatives.
  • Motion graphic design skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar).
