About the Job:

We're seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for designing visually appealing and refined assets for digital and print platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a refined eye for design and be able to create work that is simple, crisp, minimalistic, and classy, speaking to a global audience while staying true to our sophisticated and understated brand values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design assets that reflect simplicity, clarity, and elegance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions that align with our brand strategy.
  • Mentor junior designers, ensuring the highest standards of thoughtful design.
  • Maintain and enforce brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Translate complex ideas into easily understandable visuals.
  • Stay informed about global design trends and apply them where appropriate.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in minimalistic, elegant, and high-end design.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and use of space to create clean and balanced designs.
  • Ability to develop designs that are understated yet effective in communicating our message.
  • Experience working with international teams or brands, with sensitivity to cross-cultural design approaches.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with UX/UI design, ensuring user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
  • Awareness of how design influences brand perception and customer experience.
