Job Title: Luxury Visual Storyteller

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced graphic designer to join our team as a luxury visual storyteller. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for translating creative briefs into elegant, luxury-styled visual collateral across print and digital media.

Responsibilities:

  • Design Luxury Marketing Collateral: Create and oversee a range of visually exquisite marketing materials, including brochures, magazines, event catalogues, and digital advertisements, maintaining a consistent luxury look and feel.
  • Brand Aesthetics & Consistency: Develop on-brand graphics for both print and digital platforms (e.g. travel brochures, web banners, social media visuals), ensuring a cohesive and luxurious visual identity across all channels.
  • Creative Concept Development: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to conceptualise and execute design ideas that reflect our luxury positioning. Take creative briefs and turn them into on-trend, beautiful, and elegant designs that captivate our high-end clientele.
  • Print and Digital Production: Prepare print-ready layouts for magazines, flyers, and other physical media, as well as optimize graphics for online use. Ensure all outputs meet quality standards befitting a luxury brand.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content writers, travel product managers, sales, etc.) to produce cohesive campaigns. Communicate effectively with team members to understand project goals and present design concepts (strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must).
  • Brand Stewardship: Uphold and refine our brand's visual guidelines. Act as a steward of luxury design quality, reviewing and editing existing materials to elevate them to an upmarket, elegant standard.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in the luxury space (e.g. luxury retail, fashion, high-end hospitality, or magazine publishing). Experience creating for luxury brands or upscale audiences is highly preferred.
  • Design Portfolio: A strong, versatile portfolio that demonstrates taste, range, and a clear understanding of luxury content and aesthetics. We're looking for examples of elegant brochure layouts, sophisticated magazine designs, branding work, etc., not just social media graphics.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in modern design tools – especially Adobe Creative Suite (expert use of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) – is required. Familiarity with both print production and digital design best practices is important.
