Job Overview

This is a leadership role that oversees the development and execution of automation testing strategies. The Automation Test Lead will be responsible for managing a team of QA engineers, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain test data and automated tests
  2. Execute automated tests and manage defect logs
  3. Ensure test environments are in place and up-to-date
  4. Identify and report questionable functions and performance concerns
  5. Document and mentor QA engineers in testing framework use
  6. Assist in tool and technology selection and implementation
  7. Contribute to accurate time estimates for automation test development
  8. Strong knowledge of Defect Management and Bug life cycle
  9. Ability to debug test failures and trace to failing code
  10. Experience building automation frameworks for web-based software and mobile platforms
  11. Strong SQL skills and/or data validation
  12. Ability to articulate and drive sustainable processes
  13. Strong interpersonal, project management and organizational skills
