Quality Assurance Manager

About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality engineering efforts. This role requires a strategic thinker who can establish and scale automation solutions for complex systems.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping automation strategy, leading technical delivery, mentoring teams, and partnering with stakeholders to design end-to-end QA processes that align with business goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with clients to define QA strategies and automation solutions. Design and implement enterprise-wide QA strategies across complex multi-stack applications.
  • Technical Expertise: Establish and optimize automation frameworks, tools, and processes. Oversee design, architecture reviews, and technical delivery of automation solutions.
  • Team Development: Mentor, guide, and upskill team members on technical and domain expertise. Drive planning, estimation, resource allocation, and execution tracking.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Mandatory:

  • 10–14 years of overall QA/testing experience with 4+ years in automation leadership roles.
  • Strong programming skills including Java collection frameworks.
  • Hands-on expertise with automation tools: Selenium (mandatory), Cucumber, Appium, SOAPUI, WebDriver IO, Nightwatch, etc.
  • Proven track record of framework development (greenfield projects).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools: GitLab (preferred), Jenkins.
  • Cloud experience: AWS and cloud-based test platforms.
  • Working knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter or equivalent).
  • In-depth understanding of Agile, BDD, and DevOps practices.

Preferred:

  • Prior industry experience in Financial Services.
  • Exposure to enterprise-scale, multi-stack QA environments.
