Automation Lead Job Opportunity

Are you an experienced test automation professional seeking a new challenge? We are looking for an Automation Lead to join our team.

Job Description:

As an Automation Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing testing strategies, determining the appropriate balance of manual and automated tests, and executing and reporting on the full testing suite. You will also be responsible for communicating effectively with technical and non-technical personnel, generating new ideas for improving quality and productivity, and reviewing and providing detailed feedback on peers' design and code.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4-7 years of Test Automation experience using C#
  • Possess knowledge of programming languages like PowerShell, Python, and JavaScript
  • Familiarity with DevOps, TFS, MTM, GIT
  • Knowledge of virtualization technologies including Microsoft Hyper-V or VMWare installation and administration
  • Able to create clear, concise, detail-oriented test plans from specifications or verbal communications
  • Demonstrated pattern of going beyond your test plan when you see something that looks odd, then understand why it behaved that way, and to see if a problem exists
  • High attention to detail with proven ability to juggle multiple, competing priorities of various sizes and complexities
