Senior Experience Leadership Role

A high-performing leader for the studio, guiding teams to ensure our work aligns with AKQA's mission and values: thoughtful, innovative, high-quality, and in service of our clients and their customers.

This leadership position oversees multiple projects/accounts, focusing on strategic guidance, creative direction, and staff development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advocate for design, championing processes and techniques across our work.
  • Demonstrate strong craft and expertise in digital design, assuming design custodianship for clients.
  • Act as an escalation point for UX and Design teams across multiple projects/accounts.
  • Nurture and guide project teams and direct reports.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary project teams to create innovative solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience in Brand & Experience Strategy, Concept development and ideation, Storytelling and pitch structuring.
  • Information architecture, Interaction design prototyping, and Interface design.
  • Landscape & competitor reviews, Digital Product design system development, Product Roadmaps definition.
  • Service Design, Wireframes, Workshop facilitation, Visual design.
