Job Description
At Infrabyte Technology Solution Pvt Ltd, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers for final selection.
  2. Leverage various recruitment channels such as job portals, social media, professional networks (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.)
  3. Conduct initial screening of candidates, ensuring they meet the required qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit for the organization.
  4. Schedule and coordinate interviews with technical teams and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  5. Maintain accurate records of candidate information, interview feedback, and recruitment activities.

Requirements:
Experience : 2-3 years, Location : Noida, Package: upto 3lpa(based on Interview), Must have : Salesforce Technology Experience from developer to Architect level.

Position Overview:

Key Qualifications:
  1. Education: MBA in Human Resources or equivalent degree from a reputed institution.
  2. Passion for Recruitment: Strong interest in IT recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with candidates and stakeholders professionally.
  4. Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess candidates skills, qualifications, and suitability for specific roles.
  5. Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers, technical teams, and HR colleagues to achieve hiring goals.

Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with job portals, and professional networks like LinkedIn, Expert in understanding of technical roles such as software developers to Architect level, Familiar on Salesforce Technology, etc., will be an added advantage.
