Senior Human Capital Management Specialist

This strategic role involves leading the implementation and customization of Oracle HCM modules across global markets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Implementation: Oversee the end-to-end Oracle HCM deployment process for all modules, ensuring seamless integration with other HR systems.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with vendors, consultants, and partners to achieve successful implementation and resolve technical or business-related issues.
  • System Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize Oracle HCM modules according to business needs and best practices, driving maximum value from the system.
  • Training & Quality Assurance: Develop and deliver training materials and user guides. Plan pilots, testing, provide end-user training and support for HR professionals and other business users.
  • Change Management & Digital Adoption: Support organizational change management activities on tech adoption of HR and internal communication products.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications are a plus. 12-15+ years of experience in implementing HR Systems/Support Oracle HCM or other HRMS platforms.

Key Skills: Experience with Oracle HCM implementation and Project Management. Knowledge of Oracle HCM integration with other HR and enterprise systems. High proficiency in excel, macro, and other report automation tools. Familiarity with Gen AI tools and data migration, testing, and validation within the SuccessFactors environment.
