Job Title: Human Capital Management Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Human Capital Management (HCM) expert. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand their HR and payroll requirements, translating these needs into functional specifications for Oracle Fusion HCM modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop functional specifications.
  2. Work with cross-functional teams to implement HCM solutions that meet stakeholder needs.
  3. Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to HCM module implementations.
  4. Develop and maintain technical documentation for HCM solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HCM implementation, configuration, and support.
  • Expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including core HR, benefits, and payroll.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
