Human Capital Consultant Position

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Human Capital Consultant.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Workday HCM system configuration, implementation, and maintenance. They will also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with HR and IT teams effectively.

This is a hybrid work opportunity, requiring 11am to 8pm shifts. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of experience in implementing new Workday modules and features.

In this position, you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining the Workday HCM system, collaborating with HR and IT teams, implementing new Workday modules and features, monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues, ensuring compliance with HR policies and standards, providing end-user support and training, developing and maintaining system documentation, and performing regular system audits and updates.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Strong knowledge of Workday HCM system configuration and implementation
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment
  • Experience in implementing new Workday modules and features
