
Human Resource Strategist

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. He will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

This role involves supporting the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partnering with the organization on strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment and Onboarding: Attract, select, and onboard top talent to drive business success.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and develop growth plans to improve employee performance.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Manage payroll processes, benefits administration, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Talent Development: Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Plant and Corporate HR: Provide HR support for plant and corporate operations, including factory act and local departments liaisoning.
- MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 10 years' experience in Human Resources.
- Workforce Recruiting: Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
- Training Managers and Employees: Provide training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Organizational and Critical Thinking: Demonstrate strong organizational and critical thinking skills to make informed decisions.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
- Budget Planning and Management: Experience with budget planning and management is a plus.
