The role of a Human Resources Business Partner is critical in driving organizational success by fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee growth.

Gaining a deep understanding of the Retail Business objectives and Staff related challenges is essential to create strategic recommendations based on this understanding.

As the main point of contact for our Staffs and Sales Team, you will be responsible for:

  1. Driving Governance: Overseeing human resource metrics such as staffing, retention, engagement & cost for the business.
  2. Engagement & Recruitment: Collaborating with Regional Managers/Territory Managers on Recruitment, Compensation and Employee Relations.
  3. Employee Satisfaction & Development: Operating independently to ensure employee satisfaction and development of the team.
  4. Training & Mentoring: Training, mentoring and leading HR initiatives and best Practices for the team.
  5. Culture Change Initiatives: Directly interacting with the store staffs to implement change initiatives related to culture, performance, recognition and policies.
  6. HR Operations: Responsible for HR operations, Induction, Performance Management, Employee Relations and Exit Process.
  7. Leadership Coaching: Coaching individual managers on growing management/leadership capabilities.
  8. Policies & Directives: Owning/driving HR policies and directives and ensuring smooth implementation across the organization.
  9. Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel across the country for staff meetings.

This role requires:

  • 3-6 years of retail relationship experience. Preferably from Large format Business;
  • Ability to Manage Teams:
  • Strong Communication Skills and interpersonal skills;
  • Linguistic Ability: Should be able to converse in Hindi and English.
