Our team comprises dedicated individuals from diverse backgrounds, including former management consultants, lawyers, engineers, political theorists, public policy professionals, and experts from other sectors.

About the Role
In this role, you will support research, analysis, and development of state and national manifestos and policy recommendations. You will collaborate with team members to implement governance reforms, evaluate policy initiatives, and contribute actionable recommendations that advance our mission.

Eligibility
● Minimum degree from a Tier 1 or 2 academic institution in Social Sciences, Law, Engineering, or related fields
● Prior experience or demonstrated interest in policy research, governance projects, or political consulting is desirable
● Strong grasp of India's political landscape and governance structures
● Proactive attitude, willingness to travel if needed
● Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a demanding environment
