Associate Fellow

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Associate Fellow to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in policy analysis, research, and program management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and analyze data to inform evidence-based policies
  • Develop and implement programs to support district-led development and export-led manufacturing
  • Work closely with government officials to strengthen data systems and impact assessments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. public policy, economics, international relations)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in policy analysis, research, or program management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
