Production Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our production team.


About the Job

This is a key leadership position responsible for managing all aspects of production, from conception to final delivery. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leading teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Resource Management:
  • Collate and analyze data from monthly reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of producer and coordinator data entry.
  • Monitor facilities and resource usage to optimize utilization.
  • Ensure timely and effective reporting.
Systems Development:
  • Develop and implement efficient systems to streamline production processes.
  • Integrate systems effectively to minimize data duplication and improve overall efficiency.
  • Adapt and integrate production workflows with vendors and freelancers.
Project Management:
  • Manage daily production workload, covering all stages from conception to final delivery.
  • Assist the Creative Head in assigning workloads and scheduling.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets.
Client Servicing:
  • Serve as key liaison for clients, providing creative production solutions and ensuring projects meet expectations.
  • Communicate closely with the Creative Head, Leads, and Producers to manage client expectations.

Requirements & Experience:
  1. Degree or equivalent experience in Mass Communication/Production.
  2. Minimum 7-10 years of experience in production management.
  3. Fluent in spoken and written English.
  4. Experience in managing a team.
  5. Broad knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office software.
  6. Ability to work in a diverse cultural environment.
