Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our Corporate Secretarial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Operations Management:
    • Lead day-to-day corporate secretarial operations for clients in foreign jurisdictions.
    • Lead client onboarding, including database setup, training, and task implementation.
    • Develop monthly work plans, overseeing daily operations and ensuring timely client deliverables.
    • Conduct board meetings, minute drafting, and statutory filings with support from the team.
  • Process Improvement and Quality Control:
    • Identify process inefficiencies, drive operational improvements, and participate in lean meetings.
    • Maintain regulatory compliance, standardize workflows, and track errors.
    • Implement corrective actions, enhance quality control measures, and support automation initiatives.
    • Integrate new systems like Diligent, RSR, and TIBCO.
  • Team Development and Mentorship:
    • Train, mentor, and guide team members, ensuring fair work distribution and query resolution.
    • Conduct cross-training and internal sessions to build a skilled team.
    • Review deliverables, provide feedback, and uphold quality and service standards.
    • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and resource alignment for new hires.
About You:
  • A professional with extensive experience as a Company Secretary or semi-qualified Company Secretary in a similar industry or department.
  • Education: A Law degree is preferred.
  • Skills and Attributes:
    • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
    • A flexible, proactive, detail-oriented team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Systems Proficiency:
    • Manage system updates in Oracle and Viewpoint.
    • Conduct spot checks to ensure data accuracy and time-recording compliance.
