Operations Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced team lead to join our operations team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes managing end-to-end operations, meeting customer-facing metrics, maintaining cost targets, upholding safety and morale of the team, driving performance management, preparing and implementing training and development plans, continuously improving the delivery process, and attaining a sustained level of delivery performance improvement.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate team activities to achieve operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and communication.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing.
