We are a leading company with a vision to solve social issues related to energy, environment, and resources through the production of lithium-ion battery products. Our goal is to establish India's first Giga plant to manufacture Lithium Ion Cells in Bengaluru.

Our organization designs and develops NMC cells to achieve our objectives. We seek a highly skilled professional to lead our design and development team for NMC technology in various formats of battery cells manufactured in our Gigafactory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: This role ensures that all inventories are reconciled against SAP stock to prevent stock differences and maintain optimal composition of raw materials and assembly materials according to the Bill of Materials (BOM).
  • 5S Implementation: This position is responsible for implementing, sustaining, and continuously improving 5S principles throughout the production areas to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency in the workplace.
  • Data Analysis: This role interprets large amounts of data from SAP WMS and MES to ensure consumption posting and outputs align with the BOM.

This hire supports strategic objectives of improving operational efficiency, meeting customer demands, and driving sustainable growth in our manufacturing operations.

Specific Tasks:

  • Reconcile row materials, assembly materials, and finished goods from receipt to dispatch to ensure zero discrepancies in stock and consumption posting.
  • Cycle counting and adjusting stock through approved processes.
  • Implement Corrective Action Procedures (CAPA) for discrepancies.
