Job Role: Senior Development Chemist

Main Responsibilities:
  • Batch Processing: Plan, manage and execute development batches with precision and efficiency.
  • Comprehensive Analysis: Take ownership of product analysis, including CDP (Chemical Development Project), AMV (Apparent Molecular Weight) and PV (Peroxide Value).
  • Quality & Documentation: Uphold rigorous quality standards while maintaining thorough and accurate documentation.
  • Innovation & Scale-Up: Collaborate with R&D teams to troubleshoot, refine formulations and scale up successful batches.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in chemical development or analytical laboratories.
  • Strong hands-on experience with CDP, AMV, PV and analytical techniques (HPLC, GC, Spectroscopy).
  • A proactive leader who can take charge and work independently.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
Qualifications:
  • Master's/Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related discipline.
