We are seeking a skilled professional to join our product development team.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting product development by providing timely IP inputs to relevant stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in intellectual property law and be able to provide strategic insights to align with our product strategy in a cost-effective manner.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting product development through the provision of timely IP inputs
  • Providing strategic insights on patent litigation and opposition
  • Conducting due diligence on products to identify acquisition or early launch potential
  • Identifying new product opportunities for driving portfolio selection and evaluating innovative ideas for patent protection/development
  • Leading due diligence activity for products of interest

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm) / Masters of Pharmacy (M. Pharm) degree, preferably with a Diploma in Intellectual Property Law. Relevant experience of 8 years (B. Pharm) or 6 years (M. Pharm) is also required. Additional skills include relevant techno-legal experience, knowledge of Patent laws of India, US, and Europe, and an eye for detail and acumen for Paragraph IV filings in USA.

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
