Job Title: UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Junior UI/UX Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing intuitive, visually appealing, and functional user interfaces for our digital products (web and mobile).

  • You'll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and the marketing team to create seamless, user-friendly experiences for our customers across all touchpoints.
  • A portfolio demonstrating your UI/UX design process is mandatory.

About This Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in both product design and brand-focused design projects. As a UI/UX Designer, you will work on various aspects of the design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Design:
  • Design intuitive, visually appealing, and functional user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into user-centric designs.
  • Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts.
  • Participate in user testing and gather feedback to refine designs and improve user experience.
  • Ensure designs are consistent with our product's design system and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Design, HCI, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design (internships or freelance work may be considered).
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, or similar.
  • A solid understanding of UI design principles, UX best practices, and responsive design.
  • Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
