Senior Experience Designer

A highly skilled Senior Experience Designer is needed to lead the design of our communication platform.

The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in UI/UX or product design, preferably in startups or SaaS companies. They should have a strong portfolio showcasing shipped products and detailed case studies.

Key responsibilities include leading UX/UI design across mobile, web, and dashboards, simplifying flows for all platforms, translating AI features into usable interfaces, and building and evolving design systems, UI kits, and reusable components.

The successful candidate will work closely with product, engineering, AI/ML, and marketing teams to craft trusted user journeys for millions of users. They will also champion performance, accessibility, and trust in every pixel.

Key Qualifications:

  • Degree in Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or similar

Desirable Skills:

  • Background in AI, security, telecom, or fraud prevention
  • Familiarity with privacy-by-design, explainable AI, and zero-trust models
