Job Description:

We are seeking an innovative Webflow Developer to join our team and create high-quality web experiences that drive conversion goals, page performance, and responsive design.

You will work closely with our Marketing team to develop web pages and landing page concepts, monitor site performance, and run regular audits. You will also measure conversion, traffic, bounce, and more, providing directional suggestions to the team.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with designers and the marketing team to develop web pages and landing page concepts.

  • Create innovative interactive concepts in Webflow using observations and learning.
  • Work with content, design, and product teams.
Qualifications:
  • 3-7 years of experience working with Webflow to develop responsive websites.
  • Expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma.
  • Understanding of SEO principles.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and social and external platform tracking.
  • Proficiency in custom code with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Experience working with automations, third-party tools, and Webflow integrations.
  • Exceptional technical problem-solving skills and ability to follow deadlines.
  • Excellent portfolio demonstrating successful website design and development with a focus on brand and marketing sites.
