Senior Indirect Tax Manager Position

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Indirect Tax Manager to oversee our Taxation Department and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fully manage GST compliance, including return filings, reconciliations, and assessments.
  • Manage Income Tax matters, such as ITR filings, tax planning, and scrutiny assessments.
  • Draft replies, appeals, and representations for departmental notices and proceedings.
  • Represent the organization at tax authority hearings and interactions.
  • Provide authoritative taxation support and ensure compliance with evolving tax laws.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to process enhancements.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional qualification; candidates with substantial relevant experience in taxation will also be considered.
  • Proven expertise in GST and Income Tax domains, including drafting and departmental interactions.
  • Strong understanding of Indian tax laws, rules, and recent amendments.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in tax software and MS Office tools.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a client-facing role.
