Senior Financial Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Executive to lead our finance team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for financial management and reporting, compliance, risk management, cash flow management, process improvement, and taxation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  • Monitor annual budgets and forecasts in collaboration with department heads and Controllers
  • Ensure the timely and accurate submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management
  • Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making
  • Comply with statutory and regulatory requirements, including GST, TDS, corporate tax, and TP audit, etc.,
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies
  • Maintain strong collaboration with Regional Teams for Proper Funding Projects like Equity Infusion or ECB loans through FDI route
  • Drive improvements in financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Lead the implementation of ERP systems and reporting tools like Power BI
  • Manage tax audits and assessments, ensuring minimal financial exposure
  • Stay updated on changes in tax regulations and their impact on the organization
  • Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and professional growth
  • Delegate responsibilities effectively and foster a collaborative work environment
  • Conduct regular training to improve team capabilities and alignment with organizational goals

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards (Ind AS, IFRS, or GAAP) and regulatory compliance
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g.,Tally Prime, Odoo) and advanced Excel
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
