Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead the financial planning and strategy for our organization.

This role is pivotal in driving long-term growth, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring effective financial management.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in finance leadership roles.

  • Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgeting processes.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leaders.
  • Maintain relationships with external auditors, banks, consultants, and investors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Finance & Accounts function, including Accounting, FP&A, Taxation, Compliance, and Risk Management.
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and reporting processes.
  • Partner with business leaders on investments, pricing strategies, and cost optimization.
  • Implement best practices in financial systems, processes, and automation.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 15+ years of experience in finance leadership roles.
  • Prior experience in SaaS, Digital Technology, or IT Product companies.
  • Exposure to global finance practices and investor relations.
