Facilities Maintenance Associate Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to ensure our facilities meet the highest standards of quality and integrity.

The Facilities Maintenance Associate will be responsible for performing various cleaning activities, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing. They will also be required to inspect rooms to ensure they meet our quality standards, protect equipment, and identify any inadequacies or damages.

Additionally, the Facilities Maintenance Associate will be expected to notify superiors of any issues and address reasonable complaints professionally. They will also be responsible for monitoring consumable levels and replenishing as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning Activities: Sweep, mop, dust, polish, and perform other cleaning duties as assigned.
  • Quality Control: Inspect rooms to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Equipment Protection: Protect equipment and identify any inadequacies or damages.
  • Issue Notification: Notify superiors of any issues and address reasonable complaints professionally.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor consumable levels and replenish as needed.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, able to prioritize tasks efficiently, and manage time effectively.
  • Customer Focus: Customer-focused attitude and friendly demeanor.
  • Languages: Proficient in English language and holding a high school degree.
