Job Description

Seeking an experienced and client-centric Engineering Manager to lead our facilities management team in managing and maintaining our office buildings. The successful candidate will have a strong grasp of client satisfaction, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide innovative solutions that improve systems, save costs, and ensure a safe and healthy environment for occupants.

Key Roles:

- Engineering and facilities management expert
- Foster strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendors
- Manage multiple sites and projects, guiding and mentoring team members
- Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain mechanical, electrical, and MEP systems, including HVAC, lighting, and water supply systems
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of building equipment, including elevators, generators, and fire suppression systems
- Develop and implement energy-efficient solutions to reduce energy consumption and costs
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential safety hazards and maintenance issues
- Develop and manage budgets for maintenance, repairs, and client projects
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors on client projects and renovations
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Continuously improve systems and save costs for clients
- Identify opportunities to provide additional services to clients
- Develop and implement innovative solutions
- Manage and maintain facilities and equipment
