Job Overview:

A Client Relationship Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, creating engaging presentations, and coordinating event logistics. This role involves identifying innovative solutions, conducting market research, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain client relationships, including creating customized presentations and ideating effective solutions
  • Guide clients in selecting the right solution and brief operations teams on event set-ups
  • Coordinate with vendors, create detailed cost estimates, and follow up on payments
  • Execute multiple key accounts and event projects across the globe, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Conduct thorough research of industry trends, publications, and announcements to identify cutting-edge ideas
  • Travel onsite for execution and coordinate with vendors within tight deadlines, ensuring seamless project delivery
  • Establish long-term relationships with clients, build trust, and provide exceptional customer service
  • Attend meetings with clients or interact via telephone or written communication, ensuring clear and concise communication
  • Advise higher management on client needs and take accurate enquiry details, providing valuable insights for business growth
  • Prepare weekly schedules of planned activities, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively
