Role Overview:

We're hiring a Product Training Lead to design and deliver comprehensive training programs for internal teams and clients. You'll translate product features into learning outcomes and make sure users extract maximum value from our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training needs assessments and develop training roadmaps aligned with product launches.
  • Design engaging content: slide decks, video tutorials, FAQs, quick-reference guides.
  • Facilitate live training sessions and offer post-training support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in product training, learning and development.
  • Strong ability to explain technical features simply and engagingly.
  • Excellent presentation and public-speaking skills.
  • Experience with instructional design or adult learning principles.
