We are looking for an experienced IT professional to take on the role of Senior OpenShift Architect.

Job Description

This position requires a highly skilled and knowledgeable individual who can design, deploy, and manage large-scale OpenShift clusters across various environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing solution architecture, deployment, security hardening, monitoring, storage integration, and ensuring high availability in Kubernetes-based environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement RedHat OpenShift clusters across Production and LAB environments.
  • Setup air-gapped OCP installations on HPE Synergy 480 Gen 11 (Production) and HPE BL460c Gen 10 (LAB).
  • Create 4 OCP clusters (Production Site-1, Production Site-2, LAB1, LAB2) with 3 master nodes and N worker nodes in each.
  • Develop High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation for OCP deployment.
  • Configure Multus (CNI) for external IP communication and Portworx (CSI plugin) for database nodes.
  • Implement geo-redundancy and failover strategies.
Technical Requirements
  • Expertise in designing, deploying, and managing enterprise-scale OpenShift clusters.
  • Knowledge of CIS Security Hardening for Kubernetes and underlying nodes.
  • Familiarity with container orchestration, networking, and storage solutions.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and architectures.
  • Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
