We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infrastructure Specialist to lead our team's IT infrastructure initiatives. This key role will oversee the entire IT infrastructure, including middleware, database administration, networking, and systems architecture.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading design, implementation, and management of infrastructure systems, including network, databases, and middleware solutions. They should also have a solid background in managing physical and virtual infrastructure, cloud platforms, and data center operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage infrastructure systems, including network, databases, and middleware solutions.\
  • Oversee the management and optimization of Oracle databases, ensuring performance, scalability, and high availability.\
  • Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery capabilities for all critical infrastructure components.\
  • Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.\
  • Work with middleware solutions (e.g., WebLogic, IBM WebSphere, or similar) to ensure efficient deployment and integration with other systems.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the infrastructure meets business needs and performance targets.\
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior infrastructure team members.\
  • Ensure proper monitoring, security, and compliance across all infrastructure layers.\
  • Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure solutions, processes, and troubleshooting guidelines.\
  • Lead incident and problem management activities, ensuring timely resolution of critical issues.\
  • Implement and manage automation processes for infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and management.\
  • Continuously evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance infrastructure performance and reliability.\
