Job Summary:

","The Project Manager HVAC Cleanroom is responsible for planning, executing and delivering HVAC and cleanroom projects on time, within scope and budget. This role involves end-to-end project management including resource planning, client coordination, contractor supervision and quality control.","
","Key Responsibilities:","1. Plan, execute and oversee HVAC cleanroom projects from initiation to completion.","2. Develop and manage detailed project timelines, resource allocation and budgets.","3. Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors and internal teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.","4. Monitor site progress, ensure adherence to safety and quality standards and resolve any technical or logistical issues.","5. Supervise and lead site engineers, contractors and labor teams across multiple project locations.","6. Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies and client specifications.","7. Handle project documentation, including schedules, reports, change orders and completion certificates.","8. Participate in project review meetings and provide regular updates to senior management.","Qualifications:","Education:","Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering or a related field.","PMP Certification (preferred but not mandatory).","Experience:","At least 6 years of experience in project management, with a minimum of 3 years in HVAC & cleanroom project execution.","Industry Knowledge:","Strong knowledge of HVAC & cleanroom systems, including ducting, AHUs, BMS and utility integration.","Project Management Skills:","Proficient in project management software (MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD.","Leadership Skills:","Excellent leadership and team management skills.","Communication Skills:","Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.","Note:","Candidate must have experience in HVAC Cleanroom in Pharmaceutical sector/industry.
