Job Title: Enterprise Corporate Security Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced security professional to join our team as an Enterprise Corporate Security Supervisor. This role is responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to ensure the delivery of high-quality security services across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide oversight and guidance on day-to-day physical security operations, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with crisis management and business continuity teams to develop and implement effective emergency response plans and protocols.
  • Support front desk security operations, maintaining proper identification and authorization procedures.
  • Oversee maintenance, implementation, and monitoring of security systems, including Access Control, CCTV, and Visitor Management.
  • Assist in coordinating security logistics and risk assessments for international travel.
  • Provide support and guidance to third-party security teams during overnight, weekend, and holiday coverage.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and hub liaison, facilitating planning, coordination, and effective two-way communication during incident activation and response.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in physical security operations, crisis management, emergency services, safety & compliance or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a security systems IT-oriented role, including experience supporting security systems such as access control, CCTV, visitor management, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
