Operations Excellence Specialist

We drive operational efficiency and innovation to deliver tangible value to clients.

Our team specializes in manufacturing optimization, supply chain management, sourcing, procurement, third-party risk, and merger-integration synergy savings.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Build relationships with stakeholders to manage and resolve operational issues.
  2. Develop a current state assessment by conducting interviews, evaluating against industry standards, and suggesting savings opportunities.
  3. Analyze client spend data, create project deliverables, and conduct research into markets and industries.
  4. Develop process maps, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
  5. Collaborate on Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and support suppliers during the bid evaluation and selection process.
  6. Develop financial models and present findings to key decision makers.
  7. Evaluate suppliers' pricing proposals and draft negotiation strategies.
  8. Review contracts and facilitate redlines as necessary.
Requirements
  • 1-4 years of experience in consulting or industry, with a focus on operations, supply-chain, and/or procurement.
  • A start-up mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, and an ownership-driven approach.
  • Proven problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Excellent quantitative, analytical, and communication skills.
  • A highly motivated team player who can work autonomously and utilize presentation and interpersonal skills daily.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
