Key Position for Quality Assurance Expertise

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quality Assurance expert to lead the development of high-quality software products.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our software solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review detailed specifications and requirements to design comprehensive test scenarios and test plans.
  • Develop and execute manual and automated tests across various platforms, including web, mobile, and different operating systems.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects, inconsistencies, and bugs using tracking systems, ensuring detailed reporting of issues and their severity.
  • Analyze test results, evaluate software usability, and report findings to the design and development teams.
  • Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, system, performance, stress, and scalability testing, to ensure comprehensive coverage.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, product owners, and business analysts, to understand requirements, clarify issues, and drive defect resolution.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide input on requirements, product design, and potential problems or testability.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with new testing tools, strategies, and industry trends.

Required Skills:

  • At least 8 years of experience in testing, quality assurance for software products.
  • Working knowledge of software test design and testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with test management software and bug-tracking tools.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of AI & ML and Python is an added advantage.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
