Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our team. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications.

Your primary focus will be on performing functional and manual testing for web-based SaaS applications. You will also be responsible for writing and executing test cases, creating and maintaining test documentation, and collaborating with developers, product managers, and stakeholders in Agile/Scrum teams.

In addition, you will design and implement automated tests using Playwright or similar tools, understand and test database queries to ensure data integrity and backend validations, and log and track issues using JIRA and participate in sprint planning and retrospectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2+ years of QA/testing experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of manual testing principles and functional testing
  • Working knowledge of SQL and database validations
  • Experience with Playwright or similar automation frameworks
  • Understanding of AI/ML-based workflows in applications
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA/YouTrack,GitHub,Jenkins
