Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to spearhead revenue expansion across diverse market segments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing strategic partnerships with corporate and institutional entities
  • Developing customized proposals, partnership agreements, and revenue share arrangements
  • Conducting thorough market analyses to identify high-potential opportunities
  • Ensuring seamless student enrollment experiences with enhanced conversion and retention rates
  • Cultivating cross-sell and up-sell opportunities for clients
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to design targeted digital campaigns
  • Conducting competitor benchmarking and growth experimentation
  • Maintaining detailed dashboards to track revenue, lead funnels, customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, and return on investment

Regular growth reports and data-driven insights will be shared with senior management.

Requirements
  • Drive direct sales growth in B2C training & certification enrollments
  • Develop and execute growth strategies for B2B segments
  • Support pricing, partnership, and revenue model innovation
  • Identify and onboard new corporate & institutional partners
  • Work on proposals, partnership decks, MoUs, and revenue share agreements
  • Conduct market analysis to identify high-potential B2B opportunities
  • Ensure student enrollment experience is seamless with high conversion and retention
  • Work with clients to ensure cross-sell/up-sell opportunities are leveraged
  • Collect success stories, testimonials, and track ROI for clients/partners
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on digital campaigns for lead generation
  • Design outreach campaigns (events, email, referral programs)
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and growth experiments
  • Maintain dashboards tracking revenue, lead funnels, CAC, LTV, and ROI
  • Provide weekly growth performance reports to senior management
  • Suggest new growth hacks and insights backed by data
