Job Title: Growth Functional Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Growth Functional Lead to spearhead our efforts in accelerating user acquisition, engagement, and retention across our fintech products.

This role plays a critical part in defining and optimizing growth funnels, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring alignment across departments to maximize business impact.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of consumer acquisition, consumer journey, and consumer interaction with digital apps. They will also possess strong experience with digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and other growth tools.

  • Growth Strategy Development:

The Growth Functional Lead will develop and implement holistic growth strategies for the OneScore portfolio covering various acquisition and engagement channels, including:

  • OneScore mobile app
  • OneScore website

This includes driving acquisition, engagement, and retention for both the APP and Web, as well as monetization use cases such as Personal Loans.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering month-on-month Personal Loan Volumes and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.

  • Stakeholder Management:

The Growth Functional Lead will coordinate with key platform partners such as Google and Meta to optimize growth campaigns, platform integrations, and new feature launches.

They will build and maintain strong relationships with merchant partners to facilitate co-marketing and promotional activities.

  • Experimentation & Innovation:

The ideal candidate will drive growth by designing and scaling experimentation frameworks, leveraging beta tools and new features introduced by partners like Google and Meta.

They will continuously identify and integrate emerging growth opportunities.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

The Growth Functional Lead will work with analytics, product, and finance teams to monitor KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and iterate marketing strategies accordingly.

  • Leadership & Mentorship:

They will provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture focused on continuous learning and results.
