As a Studio Operations professional, you will support our creative team in India, working closely with Creative Leads to manage a team of producers and editors responsible for crafting high-quality video and audio assets.

About the Role:
  • Manage production budgets while aligning them with the production's creative goals and financial constraints.
  • Coordinate resources and timelines across multiple projects and teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
  • Maintain a studio dashboard listing all project details and provide timely updates to stakeholders and senior leaders.
  • Evaluate resourcing needs and recommend appropriate staffing solutions for studio requests.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop production strategies that support creative vision while ensuring feasibility and quality.
  • Assist in recruiting and hiring skilled professionals to meet project demands.
  • Build and maintain a strong vendor database to support production, ensuring access to top-quality resources.
  • Define and communicate production priorities clearly to ensure alignment across teams.
  • Cover crew and talent coordination as needed, ensuring production runs smoothly, on time, and on schedule.
  • Work closely with the legal team to develop and execute production agreements and talent release forms.
  • Ensure invoicing is accurate, properly verified, and submitted to the Finance team in a timely manner with necessary approvals.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential production challenges and develop solutions to mitigate them.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in studio production coordination or management, ideally within a creative or media environment.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster a collaborative studio environment.
  • Proficiency in scheduling and budgeting software, including MS Excel and Smartsheet; knowledge of Movie Magic Scheduling and Movie Magic Budgeting is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • The ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting and crisis management skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
