Site Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Field Manager to oversee and execute on-ground project deployments across assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and implement field operations for new and ongoing projects across assigned regions.
- Establish operational infrastructure, manage on-site resources, and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Act as the primary operational point of contact for clients and internal teams during project execution.
- Supervise field staff, coordinate with vendors, and ensure smooth logistics for equipment and personnel.
- Monitor operational processes to ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency in line with company standards.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports, highlighting milestones achieved, challenges faced, and next steps.
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, field execution, or project management (preferably in infrastructure, utilities, or technical service domains).
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language.
- Highly adaptable to changing field conditions and problem-solving on the go.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
- Graduate degree (Engineering or Management background preferred but not mandatory).
