Job Title: Site Operations Manager

Role Overview

A site operations manager plays a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects. They oversee and manage day-to-day activities to ensure alignment with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage daily construction activities to align with project plans and specifications.
  • Monitor work on-site to ensure it meets quality and safety standards, as well as regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and practices to ensure a secure work environment.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project managers to allocate resources efficiently.
  • Provide technical guidance, resolve engineering issues, and make decisions related to construction methods, materials, and techniques.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including daily progress reports, site diaries, and change orders.
  • Address and resolve unexpected issues that may arise during construction, offering practical solutions to keep the project on track.
  • Keep clients informed about project progress, address their concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular inspections to verify work quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.

Qualifications:

  • Degree: B.Tech/B.E. Civil Engineering
  • Experience: Fresher
  • Proficiency in construction management
  • Knowledge of construction industry regulations and best practices
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
