Job Title

We are seeking a full-time operations professional to manage day-to-day administrative activities at our Medical School in Kolkata.

This role requires effective coordination with faculty and staff, overseeing functions of the team, facilitating communication within the department, and providing support to medical students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks and projects
  • Coordinate with faculty and staff members
  • Oversee staff and student functions
  • Facilitate internal and external communication
  • Provide exceptional support to medical students and staff

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative office setting
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Able to conduct and organize projects efficiently
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Kolkata
  • Possession of a Master's degree is preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience
