Job Role: Cafe Operations Coordinator

The role of a cafe operations coordinator is pivotal in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations within the cafe environment. This individual will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders to facilitate the efficient opening and maintenance of cafes across regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process Optimization: Identify and streamline internal processes to expedite cafe openings, thereby enhancing overall efficiency and productivity.
  2. Vendor Management: Conduct thorough research to identify reliable vendors for equipment procurement and track their maintenance contracts (AMCs) for kitchen equipment to guarantee optimal performance.
  3. Vendor Registration and PO Process: Efficiently manage vendor registrations, procurements, and follow-up activities to ensure smooth transactions and minimal delays.
  4. Cafe Opening Alignments: Coordinate closely with various vendors to ensure timely and successful cafe openings, meeting all operational and quality standards.
  5. Utility Billing and Tracking: Oversee the tracking and billing process for utilities across multiple locations, ensuring accurate payments and minimizing any potential discrepancies.
  6. MIS and Data Management: Effectively manage and analyze data using MIS tools to gain valuable insights that can inform business decisions and drive growth.

Years of Experience: 5-6 years

Education: Bachelor's/Masters in Hotel Management from a reputable institution

Desirable Qualifications: A background in hotel management or food and beverage operations, coupled with experience in cafe openings and cross-functional coordination. Proficiency in SAP and Excel is highly desirable.
